Arjun Reddy’ hindi remake ‘Kabir Singh’ title get different responses!

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s debut film ‘Arjun Reddy’ achieved rare cult status as soon as it released, enthralling movie lovers with its story..Now, the film is being remade in both Tamil and Hindi, with Vanga himself helming the Hindi version. The teaser for the Tamil remake starring Vikram’s son Dhruv and Megha Chowdhury, titled ‘Varma’, disappointed fans of the Telugu version. Now, Vanga has announced that the Hindi version will be titled ‘Kabir Singh’. Sharing the poster on social media, he simply wrote, “I call it KABIR SINGH”. The remake, which will release June next year, sees Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani reprising the roles Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey played in the original. Response for the title reveal has been mixed, as comments under the announcement on Vanga’s social media post range from excitement to uncertainty. “Please take a superb actor for the friend’s role & keep length of the film under 2 hours 30 mins,” reads a fan’s comment, who seems concerned about who’s going to reprise the role Rahul Ramakrishna played with élan in the original. “Waiting for the movie eagerly, would like to watch how you would improvise the perfection even more to the perfect.”
