SSC CHSL Registration 2020: The application process ends on January 10th

Candidates can pay a registration fee of 100 rupees on or before January 12.

Applicants from the reserved category and women are exempt from paying the fee.

Candidates must be under 18-27 years old. While, applicants from the reserved category receive age relaxation according to the state rules.

SSC CHSL Registration 2020: The last registration date for the combined examination of the upper secondary level 2020 of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is January 10th. Aspirants can apply on the official website – ssc.nic.in.

According to the official announcement from SSC CHSL, the employment test for the lower division employee (LDC) / the assistant of the junior secretariat (JSA), the post assistant (PA), the sorting assistant (SA) and the data entry operator positions in different ministries / departments / Government offices of India will take place from March 16, 2020 to March 27, 2020.

Steps to apply online for SSC CHSL 2020 registration:

Step 1: Visit the Commission’s official website – ssc.nic.in

Step 2: On the start page, click on “One-time registration form” and “Registration form”.

Step 3: create your login account

Step 4: Log in to the online system with your registration number and password.

Step 5: Click the “Apply” link in the “Combined 2019 Higher Education (10 + 2) exam” section under the “Latest Notifications” tab

Step 6: ‘Change registration’ and edit one-time registration data accordingly

Step 7: Indicate your preference for exam centers

Step 8: Select the typing medium

Step 9: Complete your explanation by clicking on the “I agree” checkbox and entering the captcha code

Step 10: Preview and review the information you provided

Step 11: Continue paying fees if you are not exempt from paying fees

Training qualification: For the position of LDC / JSA, PA / SA, DEO (with the exception of DEOs in C & AG), the candidates must qualify for the exam in class 12 by a recognized board.

For the data entry operator (DEO) in the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C & AG), the candidates must take exams in class 12 from the science stream with mathematics as a subject from a recognized board.

About SSC:

In its report (1967-68), Parliament’s estimation committee recommended the establishment of a service selection committee (SSC) to conduct exams for placement in lower categories of jobs.

As a result, an examination wing was initially provisionally added to the secretarial school, which was later renamed the Institute for Secretarial Training and Management (ISTM).
